Water Damaged devices

A few things you can try as soon as you get your water damaged device out of the water :-
1. Take the battery off as soon as you can
2. Place the phone in a sealed bag with rice.
3. Leave to dry
4. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO TURN THE PHONE BACK ON (as you can short the device)
5. Send to us and we will wash it in a special liquid that gets rid of all residue
