Description of the Fault: Dashboard not working properly.
The PS3 console will power on but when starting up the dashboard / start menu does not load, indicated by waving lines but no icons.
Description of the Repair: Dashboard Diagnostic / PS3 HDD Replacement
The console will be diagnosed to find the exact cause of the dashboard error. If found to be hard drive (HDD) related the HDD will be replaced with a 60GB HDD. Bigger sizes are available. This repair includes all of our standard repair benefits, pre repair diagnosis, after repair quality testing.
